Doreen sets the underwriting vision for Afficiency and brings over two decades of professional experience to the table having held several senior underwriting roles throughout her career including roles with Milliman, HealthIQ, Metlife, and New York Life. 

Doreen is passionate about data-driven underwriting, strategy and problem-solving.  At the core of her approach is a commitment to innovation and efficiency throughout the entire customer journey. Doreen's broad expertise in new business acquisition, product development and underwriting not only advances Afficiency's objectives but also contributes to a broader impact within the insurance sector.
