Carl Ruppin is Afficiency’s Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President, Governance. Bringing a valuable mix of public, private, and non-profit experience to the table, Carl’s background includes most recently working in MetLife’s direct-to-consumer life insurance business, leading their compliance and governance functions.

Carl holds graduate degrees in Law and Science, from the University of New South Wales (Australia). Carl resides with his family outside Washington, DC.
